No. 00 Disqualified For Rule Violation At
Waterford Speedbowl
Canaan, NH (August 16, 2010) – The Modified
Racing Series has issued the
disqualification of the No. 00 team along
with a penalty for a rule violation after
post race inspection following the MRS event
Saturday, August 14th, at the Waterford
Speedbowl, Waterford, CT.
The
No. 00 team was found to be in violation of
Section 1 - Item 9
(DART Head
Rule) Letter D
(Valve
size did not meet specs) of the 2010
Modified Racing Series rule book.
As a result the No.00 team
(owner - Joe Brady / driver - Ted
Christopher) has been disqualified
from the August 14th Waterford Speedbowl
event, resulting in no monies paid and no
owner or driver championship points
received. The No. 00 team will be placed on
probation until December 31, 2010. |
